Phase 9 of Con Tempo Challenge
is now open for enrollment
Con Tempo Challenge is a 2-month growth accelerator for dancers seeking depth, structure, and a training process that sharpens both mechanics and mindset.
While we focus heavily on technical development, consistency, and accountability, the internal work matters just as much. Through somatic awareness and self-reflection, you will learn to hold pressure without losing yourself.
Blending skill-building, flexibility training, and journaling, this course delivers changes that last. You will leave with stronger technique, cleaner execution, new tricks, and a mindset built for long-term growth.
What’s included?
8 In Person Classes
3-hour weekly sessions. Month one focuses on deep skill-building (jazz tech, floor-work, inversions, and turns). Month two applies these skills to advanced choreography, shifting the focus to clarity, stamina, and performance quality.
Journaling prompts
Deep prompts delivered both in-class and three times a week via our community space. These focus heavily on somatic awareness, intention, and mental integration because your physical progress depends entirely on how you process your training.
12 Flexibility Sessions
A rotating focus on front splits, middle splits, and backbends led by a specialist coach. Join the live Zoom sessions or access the on-demand recordings anytime to directly support your in-class alignment, control, and active range.
Accountability System
A structured points system designed to reward consistency, practice, and active engagement. Every completed out-of-class task earns you points, and the highest scorer at the end of the phase wins a luxury spa and massage experience at AIRE.
Weekly Homework
Curated conditioning, skill drills, and manageable progressions you can train at home or in the gym. This structured independent work ensures you continue building physical strength and movement confidence between our studio sessions.
Solo Video
An optional, high-quality filming session of your solo moment within the final choreography day. You will receive clean, professionally shot footage that accurately reflects your progress and beautifully supports your portfolio, auditions, or personal archive.

FAQs
Can I join if I’ve never trained with Con Tempo before?
Yes. Every phase has newbies in both levels, and the community gives them that extra support. You don’t need context from previous phases to keep up.
What if I have to miss a class?
We understand life happens. Our flexibility sessions, homework and journaling prompts will keep you aligned with the group. There are no refunds, but you can stay supported through all the other materials.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Payment plans are available for both the Standard and Mentorship tracks. If you need a slightly adjusted plan, feel free to reach out!
What level should I join?
If it’s your first time, and you don’t have any jazz tech / floorwork experience, start with Beginners. The level is also about pacing and the energy you prefer. Beginners is slower paced, while Int/Adv moves faster and pushes harder. Both groups get personal attention and individual progressions, so you’ll be challenged and supported either way.
What equipment will I need?
Kneepads for class. Mat for our flexibility sessions, with optional resistance bands and/or yoga blocks.
What if I feel shy about the performance day solo?
You won’t be thrown into anything unprepared. The space is structured, supportive, and not built on performance for performance’s sake. You grow at your pace and stay fully in control of your boundaries.
Phase 9 is capped at 10 dancers per group, so the energy stays focused and intimate. When the spots are gone, enrolment closes.
